Meditation can be approached from many perspectives, and thousands of methods have been developed in cultures across the world and throughout history.

Join Sarah for this quiet workshop and merge mindfulness meditation with gentle asana practice.
You will build awareness of your body and mind through application to the poses and learn how to develop these skills so that they can be brought off the mat and into your daily life for a greater sense of ease, calm, and increased focus.

**Asana will be light and several restorative poses will be incorporated**
Cost: $30 ($27 for 3/6/12 month class card holders)
